Lower The Guns Spotlight

Hey everyone this is the spotlight section of the forum where the LTG staff will post works in the machinima community that they think are worthy of attention whether they be movies, music, or community events. Although this may seem very simple, here are some rules for posting in this forum.

Only LTG staff may spotlight community works.
In other words, what is spotlighted is spotlighted because the staff liked it so please do not pester the staff or tell them what to spotlight for we will ignore you.

We the staff will only spotlight works relative to the community.
While we may enjoy the work of those outside the LTG community we will not be spotlighting them because LTG is about the underdogs and the big names on YouTube. If we spotlight somebody they must be registered on here or must affect the LTG or machinima community drastically because the point of spotlighting someone is so they do get noticed.

If you comment please give C&C!
We would like to strongly encourage you to use C&C when you post comments because constructive criticism can help someone a lot. Tell them the things that you liked about their work, but kindly tell them how they can improve too. This is much better than telling someone they downright suck because comments like that can crush people to the point of them givig up their hobbies like machinima so when in doubt use C&C.

Don't complain about what is spotlighted!
Reasonable constructive complaints are accepted when used in discussion, but we give no guarantee they will be taken to mind or used in a correction by the staff. All decisions are up to the particular staff member(s) at the time, all decisions are final. It's our forum, you can't force us to change anything.

If you wish you were spotlighted keep these things in mind.

Do not create something just to get spotlighted.
If you create something just to win a prize or reward you are not thinking with your heart which usually means that not much passion will show up in your work so you will have an even smaller chance of getting spotlighted.

Being spotlighted does not give you the right to be an asshole.
If you do happen to get your work spotlighted simply say thank you and appreciate the fact that it was spotlighted. Do not go around being a high and mighty jerk to other members because that spotlight thread can be deleted just as quickly as it was made and you could receive further punishment.

Follow these rules and you will be fine in the spotlight section.
